We set up access with your team. Your AWS usage can then be billed through Rambunct, with Enterprise Support through us too. Your accounts and workloads stay where they are.
From there our engineers run the estate. When something breaks, it comes to them first. Cases that need AWS go to AWS Enterprise Support, and we stay on them.
